PlayMoreGolf is proud to celebrate its third year making golf more accessible to the masses through their flexible golf membership category.
Founded in 2016, PlayMoreGolf helps golf clubs create an appealing membership category based on a points-to-play method, while also giving members maximum flexibility as to where and when they play.
When joining online, members select their preferred home club and receive points to use for their rounds of golf. An allocated number will be used at their home club and the flexi points can be used at other PlayMoreGolf partner golf courses as well as their home club.
Furthermore, members also receive numerous club benefits including competition access, holding a handicap, and members’ discount — without having to pay the traditional club membership fees.
Since its launch:
What’s more, over 145 golf clubs and 160 courses are now using PlayMoreGolf to operate and market their flexible membership category, including the first international golf club Yas Links in Abu Dhabi.
As well as month-on-month growth of flexible golf membership and club partnership, the internal workings of PlayMoreGolf continue to expand too. In its humble beginnings, there were only four team members to roll out our ambitious plans to evolve the game. This month, a team of 20 is working to continue to make golf more accessible and flexible for all.

Jamie Carroll - a co-founder of PlayMoreGolf
“Even though we’ve been supporting golf clubs since 2016, the foundations of the business were born much earlier than that, back in 2010 with the success of the De Vere Club. It’s fair to say that, over the years, the golf industry has continued to change and we‘ve evolved significantly to meet the requirements of the golf club and golfer since we started.
“Although it’s good to look back and review the results we’ve seen over the past three years, myself and the team are looking forward to playing a small part in the future success of the clubs we partner with in the future”
