While you may see some of the more dedicated golfers on the course in the windy weather, the majority of members will tuck away their 9 irons until the frost has well and truly cleared. Many clubs are resigned to the fact that, consequently, there will be a drop in golf club membership uptake and therefore a dip in revenue at this time of year. **But it doesn’t have to be that way**. At PlayMoreGolf, we have taken steps to ensure that you see a boosted revenue via flexible golf membership even in the quiet season. Here’s how: **12 months membership from the date of joining** A PlayMoreGolf member is not restricted to a membership start and end date to fit around the season. Many traditional golf memberships run from April to April, naturally promoting a larger membership uptake as Spring approaches. But at PlayMoreGolf, a member who joins in November will be able to use their membership for an entire 12 months. So a member who chooses not to play much over winter can still make full use of all their points during the summer months, meaning you receive their membership costs upfront even if they don’t play right away. When their membership renews any unused points carried over into the following year, making it a great incentive to renew for subsequent years. **Winter activity** PlayMoreGolf members love to give the gift of golf for Christmas, and thanks to our voucher scheme, this is made possible. The PlayMoreGolf Experience Voucher is just £79 and gives one lucky golfer up to 10 rounds of golf depending on when and where they play. This voucher is usable for an entire 12 months, so even if it is purchased at Christmas, the recipient can choose to play during the golfing season if they prefer. We also offer different denominational gift vouchers which allows PlayMoreGolf members to receive vouchers to help towards the cost of their annual membership. So, if a member receives a gift voucher for £50 for Christmas, they only have to pay £275 towards their flexible golf club membership.
